Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for sits, companions, mail, and The Couch. Break them and we can suspend access and sue.
1. Required conduct
These notices are effective as of September 16, 2026. They apply to https://hello-i-am-here.com, The Couch, companion care, vibe rooms, listener sits, and related software, copy, audio, and artwork (the "Service"). The operator is Hello. I Am Here.. Questions: info@hello-i-am-here.com.
Use the Service only for lawful emotional support. Treat listeners and other users with basic respect. Do not threaten, harass, exploit, or sexually solicit a listener or companion-care user.
2. Prohibited technical abuse
No bots, scrapers, credential stuffing, load testing without written permission, injection, or attempts to bypass watermarks, paywalls, RBAC, or screenshot deterrents.
No cloning the site, harvesting listener photos or bios, or republishing vibe audio, companion art, or Couch layouts.
3. Recording and sharing
Do not screenshot, record, or publish another person's sit, likeness, or journal. Do not share Couch credentials. Do not use captured screens as training data, ads, or competing products.
4. Crisis misuse
Do not use the Service as a substitute for 911 or 988. Do not post content that is intended to help someone harm themselves or others. Listeners will escalate using the in-product playbook.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, preserve records for an investigation, and pursue civil or criminal remedies, including the IP litigation rights in the Intellectual Property notice.
