End User License Agreement
You get a limited license to use Hello. I Am Here. You do not own the software, companions, vibes, copy, or artwork.
1. License grant
These notices are effective as of September 16, 2026. They apply to https://hello-i-am-here.com, The Couch, companion care, vibe rooms, listener sits, and related software, copy, audio, and artwork (the "Service"). The operator is Hello. I Am Here.. Questions: info@hello-i-am-here.com.
Hello. I Am Here. grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service for your own lawful emotional-support use. No other license is granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. What you may not do
You may not copy, scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, clone, sell, sublicense, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service except to the limited extent a statute forbids us from restricting that.
You may not record, screenshot, screen-share, or redistribute a sit, companion journal, listener likeness, vibe room, or Couch screen except as needed to seek emergency help or as required by law. Watermarks and screenshot deterrents are conditions of this license. Circumventing them is a material breach.
3. Licensed materials
The following are licensed, not sold: source code and Worker configuration; The Couch and landing-page copy; companion names, personalities, portraits, and growth art; vibe rooms, audio beds, and illustrations; logos, trade dress, and the Hello. I Am Here. and The Couch names; pricing, scheduling, and mail-center layouts.
4. Accounts and credentials
Couch logins are for assigned staff and listeners only. You must keep passwords confidential. We may suspend access for suspected sharing, scraping, or abuse.
5. Termination
The license ends if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using the Service and destroy unauthorized copies. Surviving sections include IP, hold harmless, privacy, DPA, and payment obligations already incurred.
6. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
