Legal notice
Intellectual Property, Anti-Piracy, and Litigation Notice
Copying, scraping, cloning, or commercial use of Hello. I Am Here. materials is unauthorized. We will seek injunctions, damages, and fees.
1. Ownership
These notices are effective as of September 16, 2026. They apply to https://hello-i-am-here.com, The Couch, companion care, vibe rooms, listener sits, and related software, copy, audio, and artwork (the "Service"). The operator is Hello. I Am Here.. Questions: info@hello-i-am-here.com.
All original contents of the Service are owned by Hello. I Am Here. or its licensors and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and unfair-competition law, and by international treaties. This includes code, databases, The Couch, landing-page copy, companion characters and portraits, vibe rooms and audio, logos, layout, and look-and-feel.
"Hello. I Am Here.", "The Couch", companion names (including Frond, Pebble, Sunny, Miso, Harbor, Ripple, Nook, Glow, and Steady), and associated logos and trade dress are marks of the operator.
2. No implied license to steal or clone
Viewing the Service does not grant a license to copy it. Competitors, agencies, developers, and anyone else may not reproduce, adapt, scrape, train a model on, or commercially exploit our materials without a written license signed by us. Open-source components remain under their own licenses; our original compilation and branding do not become open source by proximity.
3. Screenshots, watermarks, and evidence
Screens displayed by the Service carry a large, low-contrast Hello. I Am Here. logo watermark. Watermarks are designed to appear in screenshots, recordings, and printouts. A copy that shows our logo watermark, layout, companions, or distinctive copy is evidence of access to our materials.
Removing, cropping out, or covering a watermark, or using developer tools to strip protection, is unlawful circumvention of a technical measure and a material breach of the EULA.
4. What we will do
If you copy, scrape, clone, sell, or pass off our Service, we may, without limitation: (a) send a cease-and-desist and DMCA takedown to you, your host, your registrar, app stores, and search engines; (b) seek a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and permanent injunction; (c) sue for actual damages, statutory copyright damages, disgorgement of profits, conversion, unjust enrichment, and unfair competition; (d) recover costs and reasonable attorneys' fees where allowed; and (e) refer willful infringement or trade-secret theft for criminal investigation.
We may also preserve logs, watermarks, payment records, and source-code hashes as evidence. You consent to electronic service of notices at any email you used on the Service.
5. Demand and cure
Unauthorized users must immediately stop, take down all copies, and write to info@hello-i-am-here.com with a sworn inventory of copies and recipients. We are not required to offer a cure period before filing. Any license discussion happens only after infringement has stopped.
6. DMCA
Copyright complaints: info@hello-i-am-here.com, subject line "DMCA". Include your signature, identification of the work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the statements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). Counter-notices may be sent to the same address.
7. Venue for IP claims
IP claims may be brought in the state courts of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri. We may also sue where the defendant resides or where infringing copies are stored or served. You agree that unauthorized commercial use causes irreparable harm for which money damages are inadequate, entitling us to injunctive relief without bond to the extent a court allows.
