Terms of Use
The contract for using the landing page, scheduling, rooms, companions, and The Couch.
1. Agreement
These notices are effective as of September 16, 2026. They apply to https://hello-i-am-here.com, The Couch, companion care, vibe rooms, listener sits, and related software, copy, audio, and artwork (the "Service"). The operator is Hello. I Am Here.. Questions: info@hello-i-am-here.com.
By using the Service you agree to these Terms, the EULA, Hold Harmless, Privacy Policy, DPA, Acceptable Use Policy, Cookie Notice, and Intellectual Property notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Customers book 15- or 30-minute sits, memberships, or Welcome to the Couch free sits on the last Sunday of the month, 11a–4p Central. A room does not open until checkout (or a qualifying free sit) and a listener accepts. Companions, vibe rooms, and local resource lists are optional support tools, not treatment.
3. Availability
Listeners are not shown as open until they publish real availability. Seeded or demo times are not bookable openings. We do not promise that a particular listener will be free.
4. Payments
Prices are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Chrissy Bellers sessions stay on the platform account. Contracted listeners are paid through Stripe Connect destination charges subject to platform fees. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case.
5. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Hello. I Am Here.'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SIT OR MEMBERSHIP GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) IF YOU PAID NOTHING. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
6. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state courts of Missouri and the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to stop IP theft, scraping, or unauthorized recording.
7. Changes
We may update these notices. The effective date above will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance. Material changes will be posted on https://hello-i-am-here.com/legal.
