$15 and $30 sits stay in Take a seat below, including Welcome Sunday. Membership is $100 a month or $1,000 a year with the same listener — choose it there when you want it, not as a second price list here.

Sits start when you sit, unless you already reserved a time. If it is not Welcome to the Couch day, payment information is collected before the room opens. Welcome Sundays are 15-minute sits only, 11a–4p Central.

This is emotional support and encouragement, not legal, medical, or clinical advice. Conversations are treated as confidential except where law, court order, safety, or required reporting says otherwise.

If a sit is filed, Hello. I Am Here. keeps the session record, companion journal if you shared it, and appointment details for continuity, quality, and legal obligations. Guest sits may be stored under a date and subject without a legal name. The actual chat can be filed in the File Cabinet on The Couch. It is not downloaded to a computer.
